We will take a look at how BIDs are assembled, how they improve Urban Regeneration, lettings and customer value and what it means to the owner, occupier and developer. We will then take a walk from Carlton House Terrace up to Oxford Street, escorted by ‘Streets of London’, who will highlight the fascinating history of the area.
