Rogers Chapman - Offices - Hounslow, Pegasus House

British Airways, advised by Rogers Chapman and Pepper Angliss & Yarwood have sold the freehold, with full vacant possession, of Pegasus House, Lampton Road, Hounslow to Threadneedle Fund Management for £3,150,000.

Pegasus House was built in the mid 1980's and provides 2,011 sq m (21,650 sq ft) of air conditioned offices on ground and three upper floors.

Richard Sullivan of Rogers Chapman says: 'The speed of exchange and completion [two weeks] is an indication of a strengthening investment market which is compounded by the general lack of supply of conventional investment opportunities in West London. "
