Covent Garden Market Ltd Partnership has let 9/10 Henrietta Street to Rohan the leading designer of functional travel clothing. Rohan have expanded their current store at number 10 by taking a new lease on 9 and 10 to create a London flagship store. The 366 sq m (3,937 sq ft) shop is due to open in 3 months time and Rohan are currently undertaking a complete refurbishment. The achieved rental was £190,000 pax, which breaks back to a new zone A high for the street of £160 (20 ft zones).
