Hermes Property Asset Management - Offices Letting - Marlow, Lunar House

Hermes is pleased to announce that it has completed a significant letting of offices at Lunar House, Globe Park, Marlow.

With a considerable amount of empty offices in Marlow at the present time, this is a particularly significant letting of some 3,500 sq.ft. of refurbished office space. The new tenants are Coates Rentair, who have relocated their UK Headquarters to Marlow from Wimbledon.

The property, forming part of Lunar House, has been let by Hermes Property Asset Management, the owners of the building. The letting was negotiated by their joint agents, Duncan & Bailey-Kennedy and King Sturge.

The letting is for a term of ten years, at a headline rent of £19.50 per sq.ft.
