Alder King - Appointment - Gareth Edwards

As part of its ongoing expansion plans and to meet the growing workload of client activities in South Wales, property consultants Alder King are pleased to announce the relocation of Gareth Edwards from Bristol to its Cardiff office.

A qualified chartered surveyor, Gareth has been with the Bristol Agency Team of Alder King for four years and has participated in some of the most exciting schemes in the area during that time, including Colston 33, Bristol Business Park, Gordano Gate and various new build office parks in Bristol and North Somerset. Specialising in agency and development, his expertise includes all aspects of acquisition, disposal and development advice.

He will now transfer his skills and experience to the Agency team in Cardiff, where he will focus on developing the office and industrial markets across the region, initially concentrating on the next phase of Cardiff Gate, the city's premier office park, on behalf of developers Cardiff Gate Business Park Ltd.

Due to the increasing demands of its clients and as part of a carefully co-ordinated expansion strategy in South Wales, Jonathan Miles relocated from Bristol in September last year and now heads up the Cardiff operation, specialising in investment, and Ian McGaw has more recently been appointed to its Professional Services team.

Commenting on this continuing expansion, Jonathan said:
