Business Centre Association (bca) - General - Business Centre of the Year 2004

The MWB BusinessExchange business centre on Midsummer Boulevard in Milton Keynes has been voted bca 'Business Centre of the Year 2004' by the Business Centre Association (bca) at its 5th Annual Industry Awards Gala Dinner held in London on November 26th.

With more than 650 member locations, the bca is the only UK trade association representing the business centre and managed workspace industry. Business centres across the UK were nominated by their clients in recognition of excellence of customer service and outstanding professionalism. The bca panel of judges, who selected the winners, was made up of industry leaders.

"To have our customers in Milton Keynes take the time and trouble to nominate the centre team based on outstanding customer service levels is praise enough, but to win the coveted bca 'Business Centre of the Year' award is a fantastic achievement and one which we are very proud to accept, " comments MWBEX's chief executive, John Spencer.

"This award is the highest in the industry and to receive it demonstrates that our customers recognise that the emphasis MWBEX places on service levels really does make a difference. Our centre in Hammersmith was also one of the four short listed by the panel of judges who made the final selection."
