Barclays, advised by ATIS REAL Weatheralls, has taken a lease of the fifth floor at 17 Lansdowne Road, Croydon from landlord Kenmore.

The bank has taken 4,685 sq ft (435 sq m) on a 10-year lease at a rent of £16 per sq ft (£172 per sq m) with a 16 months rent-free period and a five-year break clause.
