Hartnell Taylor Cook - Stafford, Discovery Properties Town Centre Scheme

Well known fashion retailer, MkOne have opened their first store in Stafford in time for Christmas, following the agreement of terms to take a unit in Gaolgate.

They have taken the last remaining unit within Discovery Properties town centre scheme, joining leading retailers New Look, Argos, Specsavers and Iceland. The scheme has been extensively refurbished and extended over the last two years to provided twelve units extending to 71,190 sq ft.

MkOne's unit is situated next to the entrance off Gaolgate Street, which provides a ground floor sales area of 3,500 sq with ancilliary first floor accommodation. They are taking a new 15-year lease at a commencing rental of £97,500 per annum.
