Details of the latest lettings include:

* Insurance company Kite Warren & Wilson has taken 2,299 sq ft on a five year lease at a rent of £20.00 per sq ft. Kite Warren & Wilson represented itself.

* Southern Africa European Container Services Ltd has taken 2,147 sq ft on the fifth floor on a five year lease at £20.00 per sq ft. The company was represented by Montagu Evans.

* Global Research Ltd has taken 2,146 sq ft on the fourth floor on a 10 year lease at £20.00 per sq ft. The research company was represented by Kinney Green Stanford Webster.
