Paisner & Co - Retail - Sale of West End Venues

Paisner & Co acted for Chorion plc, the Intellectual Property and Bar Nightclub Group, on its acquisition from Luminar Leisure of two London West End venues, "Cairo Jacks" in Beak Street and "Slap Harry's" in Glasshouse Street for £2.58 million in cash.

This acquisition adds to Chorion's rapidly expanding Bar Nightclub division and takes the number of its trading locations in the West End to eight.

Paisner & Co partners Jeanette Gregson (corporate) and Jo Anand (property), assisted by Robert Gradel acted for Chorion plc. Joe Bitran at CMS Cameron McKenna (corporate) and Paul Houston of FieldFisher Waterhouse (property) acted for Luminar.
