Subway Sandwiches and Salads have taken a new premises at 20 The Cross, Worcester by way of a new 15 year lease from British Land. King Sturge & Co represented Subway while Colliers Erdman Lewis represented the landlord. A rent of £30,000 per annum was agreed on the unit which extended to a ground floor sales area of 721 sq ft with first, second and third floors under let to Kieran & Co solicitors.
