Acting on behalf of Pret A Manger, Culverwell and Company have negotiated a new 20 year FRI lease, subject to 5 yearly upward-only rent reviews, at 34 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, at an initial rent of £155,000 per annum from Capital and Regional.

The premises extend to 1,237 sq ft (115 sq ft) over ground floor, and 717 sq ft (66 sq m) over first floor.

34 Sauchiehall Street represents Pret A Manger's first store in Scotland Culverwell and Company have now been solely retained by Pret A Manger to act on their behalf in acquiring further sites in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen.
