Acting on behalf of Leicestershire County Council Pension Fund, Conrad Ritblat has sold the freehold interest in the above retail banking investment in the sum of £1.23m to the Royal Ordnance (Crown Service) Pension Scheme.

The property comprises 201.7 sq m (2,171 sq ft) on ground and first floor levels. The purchase price reflects a net initial yield of 6.0%.
