Teesland Investment Company Limited has received planning permission for a new Medical Centre at Tower Court, Clifton Moor, York.

The new facility will provide three medical services in one - a three GP doctor's surgery together with an on-site nurse and registrar, to be relocated from elsewhere in York, as well as a dentist's practice and an optician.

The £1m centre is due for completion in the Autumn, with work commencing this Spring and work will be undertaken to provide minimum disruption to existing tenants of the Centre who will include Kwik Save and Forsyth Business Centres.

Lawrence Hannah acted for Teesland in negotiation with the tenants and are in discussion with a number of interested parties for the remaining 46.5 sq m (500 sq ft).
