Weatherall Green & Smith - Retail - Northampton, Weedon Road

Mercury Asset Management, advised by Weatherall Green & Smith, has sold a retail warehouse in Weedon Road, Northampton to Boots Properties Plc for £1,720,000, showing a net initial yield of 6.4%.

The 1,217 sq m (13,096 sq ft) retail warehouse is let to Halfords Ltd for £116,000 pa, reflecting £95.4 per sq m (£8.86 per sq ft), on a lease which expires in 2011. A rent review is due in December 2001.

The purchaser was advised by Reid Rose Gregory.
