Argyll Property Asset Managers, has let four retail units at Marlowes, Edmonds Parade, Hemel Hempstead through Blair Kirkman. All units were let on new effectively fall repairing and insuring leases.
Ethel Austin has taken 230 Marlowes, a 2,570 sq ft ground floor shop unit with ancillary accommodation at first and second floor levels. A rent of £52,000 pax has been agreed with a six month rent-free. Ian Scott & Co acted for Ethel Austin.
Pocket Phone Shop Ltd has taken 232 Marlowes, a ground floor lock-up shop comprising 1,061 sq ft of sales accommodation. A rent of £35,000 pax has been agreed, with a six month rent-free. Churston Heard acted for the tenant.
First Choice Holidays is paying a starting rent of £35,000 pax for 234 Marlowes, which comprises 1,200 sq ft of retail space at ground floor level with ancillary accommodation on two storeys above. Chesterton acted for First Choice. A six month rent-free was agreed.
