King Sturge - Retail - Stafford, Greengate Street

John Cheatle Limited, the menswear retailer have disposed of their leasehold interest at 12 Greengate Street, Stafford.

The lease has been acquired by Going Places, the national travel agency.

John Cheatle Limited took a new lease on the property for 15 years from June 1997 at a rent of £30,000 per annum. The lease has now been sold for a premium of £12,500. The shop provided a ground floor sales area of 878 sq ft together with first floor storage.
