Lambert Smith Hampton - Offices Sale - Cheadle, Manchester

Representing Balluff, office agents at Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) have reported the sale of 2 Finney Lane in Cheadle, South Manchester.

The 12,000 sq. ft. building, comprising two and three storey offices, with 28 on-site car parking spaces, has been sold freehold to Bluetree Estates. The quoting price was £1.75 million.

Balluff, which specialises in sensors, RFID and connectivity for industrial automation, has subsequently relocated to its new purpose-built office accommodation at Oakfield, Cheadle Royal.
