Kitchen La Frenais Morgan (KLM) has strengthened its senior management team with the promotion of Karen Dodd and Motafa Sbitri to the position of salaried partner.

Mostafa Sbitri MRICS joined KLM in 2005 and is part of the firm's retail agency department. He is currently working on schemes including The Pavilions in Birmingham, Wembley Central and The Capitol Shopping Centre in Cardiff.

Also being promoted is Karen Dodd MRICS, who has been part of KLM's retail agency team since 2002. She is working on shopping centres such as The Observatory in Slough, The Walnuts in Orpington and The Ridings in Wakefield.
