Cedar Dean - Retail Sale - Covent Garden, London

Cedar Dean has acted on behalf of Gili Gulu in Covent Garden to sell their leasehold interest to the Pizza chain, Rosspomodorino. The corner restaurant located on Monmouth Street at the top of Upper St Martin's Lane close to The Ivy among others was sold for a premium of £450,000 to the Italian concept.

Rosspomodorino have over fifty restaurants in Europe with two already located in Fulham and Kensington. This site will act as a flagsite for the group providing over 100 covers on ground and first floor.
