Cedar Dean acted on behalf of Bo Deans BBQ to acquire the group's fifth site in the City of London on Byward Street close to the Pizza Express and Chez Gerrard. The 100 cover site arranged over ground and basement will capitalize on a captive office worker and tourist destination opposite the Tower Place development and the Tower of London.

A new lease for a term of twenty five years was agreed at a rent of £75,000 per annum exclusive. Fit out works are expected to begin soon with a spring opening on the cards. Bo Deans BBQ which specialise in smoked meats centered around a themed restaurant currently have other site in Soho, Clapham, Fulham and Westbourne Grove.
