Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) - General - St Albans

National commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), has acquired larger premises to accommodate its ever expanding Hertfordshire team. From the 29 February the office will move to 45 Grosvenor Road in St Albans.

In excess of forty people are relocating from Fountain Court on Victoria Street, St Albans. The new premises are significantly larger and offer modern open plan accommodation with expansion space and a number of meeting rooms.

The team consists of property agents and consultants working across the Hertfordshire market and a team dedicated to servicing the contract LSH holds with Hertfordshire County Council (HCC).

The requirements of this contract include LSH providing HCC with strategic property management, security services, acquisitions, disposals, and valuations. The contract between HCC and LSH was renewed in June 2007 for a further four years after a successful five years of the current partnership.

Commenting on the move, Ian Kibble, Head of the St Albans office said, "Our business has continued to prosper over the last few years and as a result the team has out grown our premises."

Ian went on to say, "In addition to more space the new premises will be fitted out to a much higher standard. This will facilitate a more effective working environment and provide us with premises that we are proud to occupy."
