Demand remains strong for both land and buildings on the Lenton Lane industrial estate continuing to reinforce the areas status as Nottingham's premier central industrial and business estate.

The site is close to the City centre in reach of a substantial local workforce with direct transport links to the Nottingham ring road providing access to M1 junctions to the west and the A1 to the East. The Lenton Lane Industrial Estate which straddles the A52 does not only play host to industrial occupiers but also offers offices and leisure pursuits including the popular Showcase Cinema, Hollywood Bowl, and restaurants as well as a wealth of high profile car showroom occupiers.

"Over a period of 24 months Innes England has been associated with the disposal of over 200,000 sq ft of industrial space on the estate including letting units to national occupiers such as Boots who took a 147,000 sq ft distribution warehouse and a new 10,000 sq ft trade counter to Screwfix Direct."

As well as the lettings to the national brands there have also been a number of recent lettings to local business including an industrial unit of 15,500 sq ft to Innovation Lifts on The Midway, with a further 19,500 sq ft on Bull Close Road let to Carlton Furniture.
