Strutt & Parker, one of the largest privately owned, autonomous property consultants in the UK, is expanding into the Middle East. To accelerate the development of its business and in order to differentiate its client offering, Strutt & Parker has entered into a joint venture with Jasper Capital Ltd, an international corporate financial and management consultancy firm and recognised Middle Eastern specialist with a strong regional presence.
Building on Strutt & Parker's strong reputation for high quality advice, investment and development skills within all real estate sectors, and Jasper Capital's corporate finance and management consultancy skills and extensive experience in the region, the joint venture creates a unique working relationship targeting the evolving real estate markets in the GCC.
The Strutt & Parker team has been travelling to the GCC for over 7 years and has had considerable success on advising on investment into the UK and were responsible for setting up the largest Shariah compliant commercial fund in the UK for Kuwait Finance House. To further strengthen existing relationships and nurture new ones, Strutt & Parker Middle East is currently establishing two offices, one in Abu Dhabi and the other in Dubai, which provide not only a strong platform to service the UAE but also the whole of the GCC.
