As part of its rapid expansion, United Business Centres (UBC) has appointed Lheyton Warby to the newly created role of Sales Channel Manager, covering its UK operations. Warby's role will involve driving UBC's strategic channel growth within the serviced office space sector through partnership with traditional commercial property agents and internet brokers.
With eight years experience in the serviced offices sector, Warby, 34, was previously business centre manager for UBC's flagship site at Milton Keynes. Warby also has a further seven years experience in the conference industry, where he enjoyed key roles in sales and channel management.
"Running our business centres has given me a real insight into what customers need. I am looking forward to spreading the message to the channel that UBC should be the first choice for flexible office space, business support and meeting facilities - at the best addresses," said Warby.
Philip Grace, Managing Director at United Business Centres added, "Lheyton will play a major role within UBC's development at an exciting time for the company. We are rapidly expanding throughout the UK and plan to open 45 new centres this year.
