Landlord, sci Elysée 26, has let the final floor at 26 Champs Elysées, Paris 8 to EuropArabBank at a new record rent for the area.

The recently refurbished office space comprises 470 sq m (5,059 sq ft) and is let to EuropArabBank at a rent of €680 per sq m (€63 per sq ft), on a 3/6/9 year lease.

Herve Blanchet of Savills, who advised on the letting, says: "The Champs Elysées represents a popular area and this record rent achieved reflects its position as part of the wider CBD. Paris remains a key business destination, with an 11% pricing increase in the CBD last year, and has competitive rental levels in comparison to the rest of Europe."

Other tenants at 26 Champs Elysées include Fortuneo, Editis, Capital et Continental and ICE.
