SEGRO, Europe's leading provider of flexible business space, has let Units 1 and 4 at Pulborough Way in Hounslow, west London.
Unit 1, comprising 7,536 sq ft (700 sq m) of warehouse/production space, has been taken by Global Draw Ltd, the betting terminal supplier, on a new 10-year lease at a rent of £88,548 pa (£11.75 per sq ft / £126.50 per sq m).
Unit 4, totalling 5,358 sq ft (498 sq m), has been taken by Delta Airlines Inc on a new 10-year lease at a rent of £62,956 pa (£11.75 per sq ft / £126.47 per sq m). The unit will be used to store aircraft parts.
Phase 1 of SEGRO's Pulborough Way scheme comprises four units, totalling 23,616 sq ft (2,193sq m) ranging from 4,564 to 9,192 sq ft (424 to 854 sq m). There is now just one unit remaining at the scheme which is located off Green Lane in Hounslow, providing good access to Heathrow as well as the town centres of Hounslow and Feltham.
Ian Turner of SEGRO comments: "The lettings to Delta Airlines and Global Draw reflect the quality of the scheme and the pull of this location. Due to good demand, having recently been granted planning application for Phase 2, we will shortly be commencing demolition."
Phase 2 will comprise a further 100,000 sq ft (10,000 sq m) of warehouse/production space, ranging from 5,000 to 30,000 sq ft (464 to 2,787 sq m).
DTZ and De Souza are joint letting agents for Pulborough Way. Delta Airlines was unrepresented.
