Instore plc - Retail Appointment - UK

Sue Harrison of twentyretail now has overall responsibility for the Instore property function, working alongside the Board in defining and implementing property strategy. The existing in-house property team at Instore will report directly to Sue.

"We have put in place a new structure to improve the profile of the group in the UK retail property market and to drive efficiencies across the existing portfolio of 310 properties.

We have exciting plans to grow our retail representation across the UK over the next 3/5 years and twentyretail will be holding discussions with our existing landlord partners, and also forging relationships with developers and investors, to identify new opportunities.

The team at twentyretail have an excellent track record and I believe that the appointment of twentyretail will create significant added value to the management of the portfolio."
