Drivers Jonas - Appointment - UK

Following the recent announcement of a number of strategic appointments to its residential team in the City of London office, Drivers Jonas has appointed Steven Spicer as a Partner in the residential team.

Steven will be responsible for housing strategy advice in respect of Local Authority estate regeneration, disposal and acquisition of residential investment portfolios and private sector valuations.

Previously with Donaldsons (DTZ) residential team, Steven has over 25 years experience in residential development consultancy, valuation and agency instructions advising clients within both the public and private sector. Steven has also been at the forefront in developing business within the Local Authority Estate Regeneration field and has delivered several large, high profile projects.
