Alder King - Industrial Letting - Caerphilly, Mid Glamorgan

Joint agents Alder King and Lambert Smith Hampton have let Unit 19 on Pant Glas Industrial Estate in Caerphilly, on behalf of owner Celtic Property Developments.

The 45,658 sq ft industrial unit was let to Bearmach Ltd on a new fully repairing and insuring lease at a rent in the region of £140,000 per annum.

The premises consisted of a detached self contained warehouse with offices accommodation on two floors and a large yard to the side and rear of the property.

Lucy King, surveyor at Alder King commented: "The Pant Glas estate is a well established industrial location, located east of Caerphilly. Its position next to the A468 with fast access to the M4 has made the estate popular with distribution and industrial occupiers."

Bearmach are a supplier of parts and accessories for Landrover vehicles. They have joined current occupiers Mastertone Colour Batch, Hydro Aluminium and South Wales Transport.
