SEGRO, Europe's leading provider of flexible business space, has let Units 7, 8 and 9 at its J31 Business Centre on Motherwell Way in West Thurrock to Screwfix.
The three units, totalling 6,434 sq ft (598 sq m), have been taken on a new 10-year lease at a rent of £67,220 pa (£10.45 per sq ft / £112 per sq m).
J31 Business Centre, which totals 29,022 sq ft (2,696 sq m), comprises 11 new units with B1(c), B2 and B8 consent arranged in three separate blocks, each unit, ranging from 1,627 to 3,479 sq ft (151 to 323 sq m), has its own forecourt and parking area.
SEGRO has carried out extensive refurbishment and improvement of infrastructure on the wider estate known as J31 Park. These works include the estate roads, CCTV, signage and landscaping.
