Drivers Jonas - Appointment - London

Drivers Jonas (DJ) has expanded its Private Sector Development team with the appointment of Dave Martin as Associate Partner based at the City of London office. Dave joins with seven years' experience most recently from St. George West London Limited where he was a land manager, acquiring and planning residential and mixed use developments, and prior to that as a planning and development surveyor.

Dave will use his experience in site acquisition, planning permission preparation, submission and negotiation to provide DJ's clients both development consultancy and agency services.

Alexandra Rutter also joins the team as a senior surveyor and will work on the provision of strategic development advice to corporate landowners, the appraisal of development opportunities and the management of disposal programmes throughout the country. Alex is based in the City of London Office.
