The new occupiers to the Trade Zone include Mrs B's Catering Company and Watson Gym Equipment Ltd, who have both purchased a 2,760 sq ft unit in the Trade Park area.

Five units in the Enterprise Zone have also been sold and a further 12 units are now under offer. Safetech Engineering, Marsh Lodge Presentation Services, Strike Force and a local investor have each purchased units extending to 1,000 sq ft. Safetech Engineering, who were one of the first occupiers to move in, specialise in analysing safety of products and systems within various industries including defence, rail, nuclear and commercial aviation.

They will join existing occupiers of the park including Premier Travel Inn, Inspecs, Cliniserve and Imperial Commercials.

Commerce Park was built by developer Prospect Land to provide Frome with new industrial premises in response to demand from local businesses. The park has been designed for businesses of any size and offers accommodation to buy or to let ranging from c.1,000 sq ft to large design and build packages of 10,000 to 200,000 sq ft.

Will Nell, associate at Alder King commented: "Commerce Park has been a massive hit with occupiers who want new high quality workspace close to Frome. It is a development that will encourage businesses to stay locally, which will safeguard and create further jobs for the town."

Alder King and King Sturge are joint letting agents on Commerce Park.
