Knight Property Group Plc has reached a significant lease agreement with iicorr for office, workshop and yard facilities at its Minto Commercial Park development in Aberdeen.

Specialist technology company iicorr have taken a 15-year lease for contemporary, open-plan office accommodation totaling 12,000sq ft over three floors. Their project will also feature a 5,000sq ft workshop and a concrete yard over 4,600sq ft.

iicorr join several other major companies in securing purpose-built property at Minto Commercial Park. One speculative build is currently under development with four sites remaining.

Knight Property Group Plc unveiled its first tenant for the 11-acre commercial park earlier this year, and Director Howard Crawshaw said: "When we announced our plans last year for Minto Commercial Park, we expressed our confidence that there would be extensive interest in the development; that has proved to be the case. I am delighted to welcome international industry leader iicorr to this premier site.

"Minto's location and transport links are key assets, and we are experiencing further interest from businesses keen to make the most of those assets."

This speculative development, located in Altens Industrial Estate, offers sites for properties upwards of 10,000sq ft in size.
