Representing Bluemantle, industrial agents at Lambert Smith Hampton's (LSH's) Manchester office have reported the letting of two units totalling 43,443 sq. ft. on the Roundthorn Industrial Estate in Wythenshawe. King Sturge was joint agent.

The two units, located on Plot 28, have been let to Manplas. Unit 1 (36,523 sq. ft.) has been let for £127,830 pa and Unit 4 (6,920 sq. ft.) has been let for £12,170 pa.
