Strong demand for small freehold units in Milton Keynes means that all but one of the premises have been snapped up at Genesis, a select development of compact business units at Tanners Drive, Blakelands. Agents Douglas Duff are delighted that five of the six units have already been ear-marked by expanding local companies in the service-based sector.

"Terms have been agreed for five buyers within a few weeks of practical completion on the units" commented Jonathan Whittle of Douglas Duff.
