EFM - Appointment - UK

Specialist property management company, EFM, has announced its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Simon Hosking, the new COO, has 25 years experience within the retail and property industry, including 12 years in shopping centre management and nine years in senior management at House of Fraser, making him the perfect candidate for the role.

Most recently Simon has been consulting for EFM Sverige on a range of operational issues, including setting up the new international EFM Commercial department which provides marketing and speciality leasing services to a range of high profile clients including Boultbee and Protego.

Commenting on his new job role, Simon said: "EFM is a dynamic company and I am thrilled to have been appointed as its new COO. Since its creation in 2003, EFM has expanded and developed to become one of the most innovative property management companies in the industry, and I intend to continue to foster this innovation and forward thinking to ensure we remain at the top."

Chief Executive Officer (CEO), David Revill, added: "Simon has done an outstanding job at EFM Sverige as an international consultant. He is the ideal person the lead EFM forward and implement the systems and tools we need to manage the continued expansion of the company both in the UK and abroad."

EFM comprises of four specialist teams: Asset Management, Commercial, Construction and Facilities. Each of the teams work together in harmony to provide clients with the level of service they require.
