Acting on behalf of A-Plant, industrial agents at Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) have acquired two industrial units on the Bridge End Industrial Estate in Egremont, Cumbria.

Units 8A and 8B, measuring 4,306 sq. ft., have been acquired by way of a three year lease for an annual rental of £17,600 pa. The landlord, Northern Trust Company Ltd, was represented by Whittle Jones.
