A lease has just completed on the letting of Unit 2 Wingate Close, Glaisdale Drive, Nottingham to GRG Technology Limited. Acting as joint agents with Innes England a new lease has been negotiated to GRG Technology on behalf of Sandhill Investments Limited for a term of 10 years at an initial rental of £19,000 per annum.

The unit extends to 5,511ft² and is located just off Glaisdale Drive to the North West of Nottingham City Centre. Following on from the acquisition of the premises by our clients an extensive refurbishment program was carried out allowing an occupier to move in without having to undertake any further works.

This means that Wingate Close is now fully occupied following on from the sale of Unit 1 in 2007.
