Date: 25 Apr 2008
New trade counter warehouse units at Highcross' Kembrey Trade Centre in Swindon are filling up, with two new lettings in the past month.
Units 1 & 2, totalling 5,000 sq ft, have been let to Cotswold Angling Ltd on a ten-year lease. The company, which has been established in Swindon for many years, was attracted to Kembrey Trade Centre by the space available, the trade counter usage and the vibrant location.
Witney-based Teeone Ltd is opening an additional outlet at Unit 18, where it will be offering its range of promotional services, from shirt printing and sign writing to merchandising and vehicle graphics. Teeone has taken the 1,610 sq ft unit on a ten-year lease.
The eighteen-unit, high specification development, which is located in Kembrey Park, has premises available from 1,610 sq ft - 11,565 sq ft. All units benefit from allocated parking and loading areas, landscaped setting and easy access to the M4 via the A419.
Highcross director, Nick Turner comments: "We are delighted with the early success of the Kembrey Trade Centre, which has attracted a range of retail and service sector businesses. The high quality specification and flexible freehold or leasehold terms are enabling us to meet the aspirations of businesses looking for modern facilities in a great location."
Alastair Andrews of Loveday & Loveday, joint agents for Kembrey Trade Centre with King Sturge, added: "Kembrey Trade Centre is proving to be one of Swindon's most popular trade counter locations, with businesses attracted by the high quality specification and facilities."
