Fisher Hargreaves Proctor - Industrial Sale - Langar, UK

Acting on behalf of a property company FHP have negotiated the sale of a large warehouse on the Aerodrome at Langar.

Building 83 extends to 32,970 ft² and has been sold to JIT Holdings Limited and Mainline Mouldings Limited for £1.1 million. The building is on a site of 5.5 acres with prominent frontage to Harby Road.

Edward Hine of FHP says:

"Both the companies are already established on Langar and required more space to accommodate growth in their business and agreed to jointly buy the building with each occupying half. I have always found there has been strong demand especially for freeholds in Langar as they tend to offer good value for money and sit on large sites as they are all part of the former wartime Aerodrome and they are south of the river where there generally is a dearth of industrial accommodation."
