Savills' Lincoln office are pleased to announce the go-ahead for the construction of 12 contemporary "turnkey" business units on a site close to the newly improved road junction at Gonerby Moor, near Grantham.
The development is known as Tempus Business Park, where permission has been granted for a mix of double height business space, single storey offices and double storey semi detached offices.
Totalling up to 130,000 sq ft, the development will offer high specification B1/B8 space with flexible layouts and competitive terms on both freehold and leasehold options. The first units will be available for occupation in late 2008.
In addition to the new units, there is an existing unit on the site which comprises double storey offices and a 3 bay workshop extending to provide approximately 5,500 sq ft. It is available with vacant possession at a freehold figure of £495,000, and £45,000 pa leasehold.
