A LEADING marketing firm is expanding after moving into new premises at 109 Pembroke Road, Bristol.
Jumping Jack Marketing, which marks its 10th anniversary this year, has taken on the 1,572 sq ft space at Langford Lodge, Clifton, on a flexible five year lease.
The firm has more than doubled its space in the move to accommodate its 11-strong creative team, which recently expanded following a number of key account wins.
Created by managing director, Julius Rugg, Jumping Jack Marketing specialises in design and product sampling for national and global marketing campaigns. The company has worked for many household names, including L'Oreal, Maybelline, Osram, Pudz and Duchy Originals.
Lisa Martin at Jumping Jack Marketing, said: "Langford Lodge is an excellent location for us. The offices have great character and it's a very flexible space which gives us plenty of room to expand in the future."
Leading environmental firm, SLR Consulting has leased the remaining three floors of 4,310 sq ft space.
Established in 1994, SLR now has nineteen offices throughout the UK providing advice to private companies and public sector clients from in-house experts on a wide range of environmental issues. Clients include developers Crest Nicholson, and Somerfield Stores.
The company is particularly known for its skills in planning and development, financial and professional services, energy, industry, mining and minerals and waste management
SLR director Alan Edwards said: "The offices have given us an increased presence in Bristol and have stimulated business growth by opening up new opportunities and a pool of potential recruits
"The team here has grown from 18 to 31 consultants over the past six months, and recruiting is still underway. Our aim is to have more than 45 staff working from Langford Lodge over the next three years," said Alan.
Richard Wadman of Bristol surveyors Williams Gunter Hardwick acted as sole agent on behalf of the landlord, Merryfield Holdings.
Richard said: "We are delighted to have completed these two office lettings and secure full occupancy at Langford Lodge.
