Property consultants Alder King have announced that the high quality office refurbishment at Trafalgar House on Kemble Enterprise Park in Cirencester is now fully let.

Hardware.com has expanded from Unit 1 Trafalgar House to also rent Unit 2, in order to accommodate their growing business. Since their arrival at Kemble two years ago, they have established themselves as the leading "eTailer" of high end networking hardware and accessories.

Unit 3, the final unit in Trafalgar House, has been let to aviation consultants Afrus UK, who have taken the unit on a 5 year lease. The offices extend to 1,295 sq ft with 10 parking spaces.

Opposite Trafalgar House letting activity has continued with the announcement of the letting of Unit 1, Victory House which has been taken by RSK, the UK's biggest privately owned environmental consultancy on a 5 year lease.
