Douglas Duff - General Sale - UK
Date: 30 Apr 2008
Following five turbulent years in the corporate business world, commercial property specialists Douglas Duff have just achieved a management buy-out to regain the company's former independence. Under the leadership of Roy Douglas, senior managers this week agreed a deal to buy back their original firm from troubled property services company Erinaceous, now in administration under KPMG. The business will now operate as a limited company Douglas Duff Ltd with offices in Milton Keynes and Bedford.
"Having experienced corporate life, we are delighted to be an independent company once again, offering clients across the region the professional expertise and local knowledge which are our hallmark" said Roy Douglas of Douglas Duff. "The opportunity arose to create a progressive and vibrant business and was taken with enthusiasm by all concerned. With a new, highly-motivated team of seven directors, promoted from within the company, we will bring a positive approach and provide plenty of hard work for the benefit of all our clients.
