The British Red Cross have further extended their presence at Eco Court, Sherwood Energy Village through the acquisition of Unit 6 Eco Court on the basis of a new two year lease at a rental of £22,500 per annum. Alastair Fearn of FHP acted on behalf of the East Midlands Development Agency (EMDA) in this disposal.
This latest deal at Eco Court now means that The British Red Cross occupy 12,000ft² of warehousing space over 3 units to facilitate their warehousing operation in the region.
Eco Court consists of 6 light industrial/ warehousing units which have been built to high levels of energy efficiency incorporating:-
* Automatic roof ventilation
* Censored lighting
* High degree of insulation
* Fantastic natural light
* Thermostat controlled heating
