The White Company have acquired the space previously occupied by Jaeger at 84 The Promenade in Cheltenham.

The White Company negotiated an assignment of the lease held by Jaeger, for an undisclosed premium, the lease expires in April 2019. The current rent passing is £135,000 pax, with the next rent review due in 2009.

The space comprises a ground floor of 1,082 sq ft, a first floor of 1,030sqft and 1,865sqft of ancillary space.

The White Company will trade over two floors, ground and first, with a product offer including The Little White Company. The branch will open for trade in May 2008.

This is the second acquisition in 2008 by twentyretail who are the retained property advisors for The White Company and three further acquisitions are in solicitors hands.
