Date: 01 May 2008

King Sturge has advised the Institute of Education on the freehold purchase of 9 - 11 Endsleigh Gardens, London, WC1, for £9.5million.

The 15,000 ft² NIA building comprises offices on the LG to 1st floors and residential HMO accommodation on the 2nd to 4th floors.
