Cote Restaurants, the fledgling French Bistro concept from the team behind Strada including Richard Caring and Andy Bassadone have purchased the leasehold interest at Rez's Cucina on Tavistock Street for a substantial premium at a rent of £160,000 per annum exclusive with over ten years remaining on the lease.

The 3,500sqft restaurant will open after the summer in the heart of London's Theatreland. Cedar Dean brokered the deal which saw Cote agree their fourth site to include Wimbledon, Soho and Richmond.
