Pico's Mexican, a unique fast casual concept has purchased the Adonis Lebanese restaurant at the established restaurant pitch on Goodge Street. Cedar Dean acted for Pico's to acquire the site which is a first for the owners and is expected to undergo a total refit and open during the summer with plans to open more in the future.

A premium was paid of £150,000 for the leasehold interest at a rent of £50,000 per annum exclusive. Pico's will offer burritos and other Mexican specialities.
